TouchKVM support
Get connected to your KVM, check the controls your hardware supports, and find help with TouchKVM Pro.
Contact support@arisparty.org. Include your app version and device details so we can investigate.
Get started
Set up and test the basics
- Connect your phone to a network that can reach your KVM. Open the KVM’s web interface from the phone first to confirm the address and credentials.
- Use Scan LAN or add the IP address or hostname manually. Choose the matching vendor profile and allow local network access when requested.
- Open the console and test video, keyboard, and pointer input. For access away from your LAN, establish your own VPN or private-network connection first.
Common issues
Troubleshoot your setup
Discovery cannot find a device
Confirm the KVM’s web interface is reachable from your phone, check local network permission and Wi-Fi client isolation, then try adding its address manually. Importing a Tailscale host does not establish the VPN connection.
Video or controls differ from the web interface
Start with WebRTC and confirm the vendor profile, KVM firmware, and stream settings. MJPEG and Web UI modes require Pro and compatible KVMD hardware. ATX, HDMI, GPIO, audio, and virtual media depend on the device and its configuration.
JetKVM audio is unavailable
JetKVM does not provide a native remote audio track to TouchKVM. Experimental USB audio alone does not stream sound to your phone. The optional advanced-access audio bridge requires additional SSH setup and compatible firmware.
Purchases
Restore access and manage billing
Open a Pro feature or the upgrade screen to view current store offers. If Pro is missing after a reinstall, use Restore Purchases with the Apple or Google account used for the purchase. Available plans and features can differ by platform and hardware.
For billing, renewal, cancellation, or refund questions, start with the provider that processed your purchase. Support can help investigate app access; do not email payment-card details or account passwords.
